The hotel has a homey feel, with clean, spacious rooms equipped with everything we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay easy and pleasant. The location provides a nice birds-eye view and a bit of a workout with the uphill walk, but the view from the top is amazing. The dining experience offered a variety of delicious options, more like a hostel in terms of selection. Overall, a charming place with great value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were massive with 2 double beds, and the lounge/eating area below the stairwell was excellent. The well-appointed kitchen provided every comfort, although having to pay to use the washing machine and dryer was a minor downside.

The location was perfect, especially for hiking up the mountain Ben Lomond. It was convenient for accessing Queenstown without the hassle of parking, although the pool area looked a bit tired and could have been better maintained.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was great with a wide selection for breakfast. However, the limited options and strict timing were not ideal for a relaxing holiday.
Facilities

The facilities were overall good, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. However, the pool area could have been better maintained for a more pleasant experience.

6.8/10

The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated. However, lacking a dresser and adequate suitcase storage made it less convenient. The size seemed smaller than expected from the online pictures. The service was friendly but a bit slow in response, and the addition of a stocked refrigerator was a nice touch. The uphill location made return trips to the city center challenging. The dining area offered a good variety but lacked a cooked breakfast option.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms in the apartment were big and very nicely decorated, although lacked a dresser and convenient suitcase storage.
Service
7.0
The service was super friendly, but there were delays in addressing some questions. The stocked refrigerator was a nice touch.
Location
6.0
The uphill location made returning to the city center challenging, though it felt like a private space overall. Close proximity to the downtown area was convenient.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience offered a nice selection with many mueslis and nuts, but lacked a cooked breakfast option.
Facilities
6.0
The pool area and hot tub were lovely, though the overall look was untidy with empty plant pots. Laundry services were available.
